Late Shri Sanjay Grover, esteemed founder of Sanjay Grover Associates, Company Secretaries (SGA) was a renowned figure in the field of Company Secretaries. He made significant contributions not only in founding a highly regarded firm of practising company secretaries but also in advancing the industry as a whole. Graduating in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi, he held Fellow memberships in both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His expertise encompassed Corporate Laws, Compliance Management, including Secretarial Audit, Mergers and Amalgamations and Corporate Governance. Shri Grover’s contributions extended to advising clients on legal and corporate matters and he held notable positions such as Central Council Member of ICSI and Chairman of NIRC. His profound impact on the development and nurturing of young professionals within the CS profession remains inspiring.

After passing of Late Shri Sanjay Grover, his wife, Ms. Anjana Sanjay Grover, stepped into the role of Chairperson at the firm. With a deep knowledge of the firm’s values and a shared responsibility for its success, Ms. Anjana Grover has taken on the responsibility of leading the firm forward with grace and determination. Under her guidance, the legacy of SGA continues to flourish, as the firm remains loyal to upholding the same standards and goodness that Late Shri Sanjay Grover expected.
As the Chairperson, Ms. Anjana Sanjay Grover brings her own unique perspective and leadership style to the firm, while honoring the legacy of her late husband. Through her leadership, Ms. Anjana Sanjay Grover ensures that SGA continues to uphold the principles and values that Late Shri Sanjay Grover held, providing a bright future for the firm he worked so hard to build. He has been associated with SGA for over 10 years and has brought extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance audits, risk management strategies, and legal advisory functions. He is adept at guiding corporate entities through intricate regulatory environments, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.
Mr. Sujeet Kumar

Mr. Sujeet Kumar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with over ten years of experience as a Company Secretary. He specializes in providing secretarial and compliance solutions, demonstrating a strong commitment to regulatory adherence.
His areas of strength lie in Companies Act, 2013, SEBI Rules & Regulations, XBRL filing, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) Regulations, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Rules & Regulations. He also has experience in legal compliance, secretarial audits, due diligence, company secretarial work, legal writing, and tax.
Mr. Kumar holds a degree from Delhi University, equipping him with a strong foundation for his administrative and professional endeavours.
Mr. Rizwan Khan

Mr. Rizwan Khan is a commerce graduate from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and holds a management degree from IMI Belgium. He is also a Law graduate from Bundelkhand University and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
With over nine years of experience, Mr. Khan is a part of the Mergers & Amalgamations vertical and also appears before adjudicating authorities for corporate and securities laws.
